What is Recycle Coach?

Recycle Coach was implemented by the NJDEP to help with recycling and garbage information.  Some benefits of using Recycle Coach are:

The Recycle Coach platform makes it extremely easy for residents to get their collection calendars; plus, they’re customized to where you live, so the information is always relevant. Beyond that, residents can also opt-in to receive reminders before pickup—even during holidays, when schedules change.

Residents can access Recycle Coach from their desktop computers, mobile devices, or through digital assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Home. By leveraging the power of voice technology, the platform makes it easy for residents to find out when it’s collection day. And the best part: it’s absolutely free.

With Recycle Coach, residents can: Stay on top of garbage day with personalized curbside collection and events calendars for mobile, desktop, digital assistants and print - Receive automated pickup reminders for regular and holiday collections

BCUA events are included on the Recycle Coach calendar.

  • Free wood chips are available for pickup or call DPW for a delivery.
  • Reminder snow can't be pushed into or across roads.
  • Inclement weather days (snow/ice) garbage cans must be at the curb for pickup.
  • Sign up for RECYCLE COACH for Reminders/Alerts & Changes by Zone App is on the website: www.wclnj.com (scroll to the bottom of page)
  • Residents are encouraged to use the NEW co-mingled collections to avoid lines at the center and take advantage of the convenience of not having to bring the recycling to the center!
  • **The center will return to separated recycling in February. We encourage all to use the NEW co-mingle collections
